The behaviors to be observed in the B&B are not only those sanctioned by law, but above all those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.

1 – Customers are requested, upon arrival, to show an identification document for the compilation of the PS card (data processed in accordance with the obligations of law n. 675 of 31/12/96).

2 – Since the bed & breakfast is a small family-run establishment, there is no reception service available at all hours of the day as is the case for hotels, therefore each customer is required to notify the owner of the facility by telephone of the time of expected arrival, at least 24 hours before arrival.

3 – Guests are not allowed to allow other people to enter the B&B at any time, for reasons of public safety.

4 – Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:30 on the terrace. While in the rooms it is always forbidden to eat meals.

5– The cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms is done daily and the change of towels every 2 days. On request you can have the daily change. Free of charge and on request it is possible to add 1 box/cot for children 0/2 years old

6 – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises, especially in the bedrooms.

7 – For reasons of hygiene and any guests intolerant to fur and more, pets are not allowed.

8– In accordance with the B&B regulation and the regulations of the Pol. Municip. it is requested to observe silence in the time slot between 14.00 and 16.00 and from 22.00 to 08.00.

9 – Guests of the B&B can take advantage of the belvedere terrace overlooking the sea located on the first level.
